	Remove/install
	Risk of injury  to skin or eyes caused by hydraulic fluid spraying out under high pressure. Risk of poisoning  caused by swallowing hydraulic fluid	Depressurize the hydraulic system completely before starting any work on the system. Wear protective clothing and safety glasses.	AS00.00-Z-0013-01A
	Clean the area around the separation point thoroughly before opening the hydraulic circuit of the power window system. Even the smallest dirt particles introduced into the hydraulic components can lead to malfunctions and damage to the power window system
	If complaints are submitted, the cause must be determined and rectified, against a separate repair order, following consultation with the customer
1	Raise luggage compartment floor cover and remove spare tire	Installation  : Do not let the spare tire fall into the spare tire well otherwise parts of the power window system may be damaged.
2	Remove cover of the hydraulic system from the spare tire well
	Checking
3	Check hydraulic system	Check hydraulic pump, valve block, expansion reservoir (1) as well as lines and line connections for damage, chafing marks and fluid loss. A slight oil mist does not justify a complaint.
4	Check run of side windows	The correct full level measurement is only possible when the pressure reservoirs are full and the side windows are closed.	AP67.30-P-6751SX
5	Check fluid level in expansion reservoir (1)	Expansion reservoir (1) must be filled half full: Max. oil level: up to separation edge of reservoir, Min. oil level: up to 8 mm below separation edge of reservoir
		Correct fluid level if required. The hydraulic fluid must be refilled and a leak test carried out on all doors equipped with power windows: Check door bottom edges in the area of the water drain bores and bottom edges of the door linings (2) for hydraulic fluid which has escaped. Only use clean tools and clean, lint-free rags. Hydraulic oil	*BF67.30-P-1001-01A

6	Install in the reverse order
