The following must be observed in the case of damage at the hybrid joint on the outer side longitudinal member:
- Separating points are described in the repair descriptions for the A and B-pillar and must be made by following the reverse procedure.
Example: When replacing the A-pillar, use the separating cut for the B-pillar. When replacing the B-pillar, use the separating cut for the A-pillar.
- The hybrid connection (arrows) of the new parts (A-pillar and outer side longitudinal member) must be joined together before installation.
