Remove/install leak oil line to injectors - AR07.03-P-9105A

	Removing
	Risk of explosion caused by fuel igniting. Risk of injury to skin and eyes caused by fuel spraying out at high pressure	Keep all ignition sources out of hazard area. Do not carry out any work on systems when they are under pressure	AS07.16-Z-0001-01A
	Risk of explosion caused by fuel igniting, risk of poisoning caused by inhaling and swallowing fuel and risk of injury to eyes and skin caused by contact with fuel	No fire, sparks, open flames or smoking. Only pour fuels into suitable and appropriately marked containers. Wear protective clothing when handling fuel.	AS47.00-Z-0001-01A
1	Pull circlip (1) upwards
2	Unlatch leak oil line (2) upwards
	Checking
3	Check connection for leak oil line (2) on injector	Check O-ring for damage; replace if necessary
	Install
4	Clip in leak oil line (2) on connection fitting for injector and latch circlip (1)	The leak oil line (2) must audibly clip in on connection fitting for injector and the circlip (1) press down all the way (arrow) in order to avoid the leak oil line (2) springing out.
	Checking
	Risk of accident caused by vehicle starting off by itself when engine is running. Risk of injury caused by contusions and burns during starting procedure or when working near the engine as it is running	Secure vehicle to prevent it from moving by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.	AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
5	Check leak-tightness for a running engine	Visual inspection only.
