1	Raise vehicle		AR00.60-P-1000GZ
2	Support exhaust system from flange connection (1) using a transmission jack and transmission platform
3	Remove bolts on flange connection	Installation: Clean connecting points free of combustion and corrosion residues.
3	Remove bolts on flange connection	Hose clamp, diesel particulate filter to rear muffler	*BA14.40-P-1007-01B
4	Remove bolts (3) from outer exhaust rubber bearing (4)		*BA49.10-P-1008-01U
5	Remove bolts from inner exhaust rubber bearing (5)		*BA49.10-P-1011-01U
6	Remove exhaust system from flange connection (1)	With the aid of a helper.
	Checking
7	Check inner exhaust rubber mount (5) and outer exhaust rubber mount (4)	Check for wear, replace if required. Installation: Coat exhaust rubber mount with liquid lubricant for easier installation. Lubricant paste	*BR00.45-Z-1002-06A
8	Install in the reverse order

9	Check installation position and clearance of exhaust system	The exhaust system must be mounted free of tension, align exhaust system if required.
	Risk of accident caused by vehicle starting off by itself when engine is running. Risk of injury caused by contusions and burns during starting procedure or when working near the engine as it is running	Secure vehicle to prevent it from moving by itself.
