2	Remove catalytic converter diesel particulate filter unit (1) from catalytic converter by removing bolt (2)	Installation: Clean connecting points free of combustion and corrosion residues.

3	Remove catalytic converter diesel particulate filter unit (1) from transmission support by removing bolt (3)		*BA14.40-P-1005-01B
4	Unscrew nuts (4) and remove catalytic converter diesel particulate filter unit (1) from transfer case bracket	Installation: Clean connecting points free of combustion and corrosion residues.

5	Support catalytic converter diesel particulate filter device (1) with telescoping transmission jack and transmission platform
6	Unclip TWC temperature sensor connector (11) and electrical line on TWC temperature sensor (B19)
7	Unclip connector O2 for sensor upstream TWC (G3/2x1) and electrical cable (5) from clip (6)
8	Remove bolt (7) and catalytic converter	Installation: Clean connecting points free of combustion and corrosion residues.

9	Install in the reverse order
	Checking
10	Check installation position and clearance of exhaust system	The exhaust system must be mounted free of tension, align exhaust system if required.
	Risk of accident caused by vehicle starting off by itself when engine is running. Risk of injury caused by contusions and burns during starting procedure or when working near the engine as it is running	Secure vehicle to prevent it from moving by itself. 11	Test run engine and check exhaust system for leaks
