1	Removes strut tower brace	Model 164.8 only Remove strut tower brace from strut tower mounts.	AR62.30-P-2500GY
2	Remove engine trim panel		AR01.10-P-2405GZB
3	Remove engine air intake duct downstream of air filter		AR09.10-P-8130GZB
4	Unscrew distributor leak oil line (1)	On vehicles without coolant-cooled turbocharger (14a)

5	Remove engine wiring harness on rail	On vehicles with coolant-cooled turbocharger (14b) Installation: Install new cable ties.
6	Disconnect electrical connectors for glow plugs (R9)		Fig 5
7	Remove glow plugs (R9)	If the releasing torque of the glow plugs (R9) is greater than 25 Nm, it is recommended to bring the engine up to operating temperature in order to avoid breaking off the glow plugs (R9). Warm cylinder head up to about 90°C for a removed cylinder head.
