INSPECT Check    
IMPORTANT Condition of vehicle The vehicle should be checked and adjusted in ready-to-drive condition.
IMPORTANT The chassis alignment is performed in relation to the vehicle level.		  
IMPORTANT Use Data Sheet for Vehicle Measurements For example:
  • Block paper:

  • Endless paper:

1 Check condition of tires INSPECT Visual inspection for wear pattern, tread depth and damage.  
2 Check condition of rims INSPECT Visual inspection for damage.  
3 Check tire inflation pressure IMPORTANT See tire inflation pressure chart inside the fuel filler flap.  
4 Check vehicle underbody INSPECT Visual inspection for damage, corrosion of chassis parts and load-bearing body parts, leaks from components and pipes.  
5 Check wheel bearing play IMPORTANT Without dial indicator.  
6 Check condition of steering mechanism IMPORTANT Tie rods, tie rod joints and steering coupling.  
7 Check bellows on rack-and-pinion steering IMPORTANT If damaged, replace bellows on rack-and-pinion steering. AR46.40-P-0400GZ
