| 8 | Remove front section of fender liner in right front fender | Only on model 164 with engine 629 To allow loosening of banjo bolt (4). |

| 9 | Detach high-pressure line (3) from power steering pump. | BA46.30-P-1008-01H | |
| 10 | Remove high pressure line (3) | Installation: Install new sealing rings on high pressure line (3) and low-pressure line to rack-and-pinion steering (7) | |
| 11 | Install in the reverse order | ||

| 13 | Check the steering system for leaks when the engine is running. |
