	Remove/install
	Risk of injury  to skin or eyes caused by hydraulic fluid spraying out under high pressure. Risk of poisoning  caused by swallowing hydraulic fluid	Depressurize the hydraulic system completely before starting any work on the system. Wear protective clothing and safety glasses.	AS00.00-Z-0013-01A
	Risk of accident  caused by vehicle starting off by itself when engine is running. Risk of injury  caused by contusions and burns during starting procedure or when working near the engine as it is running	Secure vehicle to prevent it from moving by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.	AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
1	Lift front engine cover	Engine 273
2	Remove left intake air duct
3	Extract oil from expansion reservoir (1) of power steering pump		Figure
4	Undo clamp (3) holding return line on expansion reservoir (1)	Seal return line and opening on power steering pump. Installation:  Replace clamp (3).

5	Remove bolts (2) from expansion reservoir (1)		*BA46.30-P-1010-01H
6	Detach clip sideways from expansion reservoir (1)
7	Pull off expansion reservoir (1) toward front	Plug openings.

8	Install in the reverse order
9	Fill power steering pump and bleed		AR46.30-P-0010GZ
	Checking
10	Carry out visual inspection for leaks when engine is running
