Remove/install alternator belt pulley (Engine 272, 273) - AR15.40-P-5710GZA

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install    
1 Remove front engine cover (1) IMPORTANT Pull out front engine cover (1) from mounts.  
2 Remove poly-V belt (3)   AR13.20-P-0001GZA
3 Dismantle belt pulley (4) using box wrench IMPORTANT At the same time counterhold alternator shaft with a multitooth nut.
IMPORTANT In case of any repairs to alternators after mileage in excess of 100, 000 km, also replace the belt pulley (4).		  
    TORQUE SPECIFICATION *BA15.40-P-1004-01F 
4 Install in the reverse order
