Component description for the accelerator pedal sensor - GF30.20-P-2010GZ

Location 

The accelerator pedal sensor is located in the driver footwell at the right front.

Task 

The accelerator pedal sensor detects the accelerator pedal position and supplies a matching voltage signal to the CDI control unit (N3/9).

Design 

The accelerator pedal sensor consists of a Hall sensor with an integrated Hall IC.

Function 

The Hall sensor integrated in the accelerator pedal sensor detects the current position of the accelerator pedal by means of the permanent magnets fitted on the pedal axis.
