| 2 | Unscrew bolts (1) and remove left engine hood lock (2) upward | *BA88.40-P-1003-01K | |
| 3 | Unclip outer sleeve mount (7) from engine hood cable (3) on left engine hood lock. | ||
| 4.1 | Disconnect electrical connector (4) from ATA hood switch (S62) | ||
| 5 | Unscrew bolts (5) and remove right engine hood lock (6). | *BA88.40-P-1003-01K | |
| 6 | Unclip outer sleeve mount (7) from engine hood cable (3) on right engine hood lock (6). | ||
| 7 | Install in the reverse order |
