Location 

The steering column module is located on the steering column.

General 

For data exchange the steering column tube module is connected to the interior CAN (CAN B), drive train CAN (CAN C) and with the Local Interconnect Network (LIN).

Via LIN the communication takes place between the left multifunction steering wheel button group (S110) and the right multifunction steering wheel button group (S111) with the steering column tube module.
