	Remove/install
1	Open glove compartment cover (1)
2	Remove bolts (2)
3	Carefully remove expander (5) with screwdriver from AUX jack connector (X39/45)	Vehicles as of model year 2010 without code (EH3) Media Interface Position screwdriver on narrow teeth on expander and uniformly remove from electrical connector on AUX jack (X39/45)
4	Remove glove box (3)
5	Unclip media interface connector housing from glove box (3)	Vehicles with code (EH3) Media Interface
6	Unclip electrical connector on AUX jack (X39/45)from glove box (3)	Vehicles as of model year 2010 without code (EH3) Media Interface
7	Disconnect electrical connector from glove compartment illumination
8	Install in the reverse order
