	Notes on self-locking nuts and bolts		AH00.00-N-0001-01A
	When working on the front-end assembly, be careful not to scratch, mark or notch the surfaces of aluminum parts. Otherwise the service life of the parts will be affected
Installation	Only tighten nuts and bolts of chassis components when vehicle is in a ready-to-drive condition.

		Installation: Rub the rubber retainers on the cylinder head covers and the sealing ring of the hot film mass air flow sensor in the air filter housing with liquid lubricant. Lubricant paste	*BR00.45-Z-1002-06A

5	Remove bolt (14) of left and right front engine mount from front axle carrier (6).		*BA22.10-P-1002-03A
6	Raise engine	On engines 112 and 113 ensure that the hot film mass air flow sensor is not against the body. Do not over-tension lines and hoses. These components can become damaged.
7	Unscrew nuts (23b) and remove link rods (23) from stabilizer bar (10).	Check rubber mounts of link rods for damage; fit new link rods if necessary.	*BA32.20-P-1002-02B
8	Support front axle carrier (6) with transmission jack and transmission platform		AR33.10-P-0100-03T
9	Remove bolts (8a, 8b) from front axle carrier (6)		*BA33.10-P-1005-01A
9	Remove bolts (8a, 8b) from front axle carrier (6)		*BA33.10-P-1004-01A
10	Lower front axle carrier (6)	Do not stretch the steering coupling (12).
11	Remove bolts (21e) and remove retaining bracket (21b)	Installation: The retaining brackets on the torsion bar (10) must be replaced.

12	Take off torsion bar (10)
13	Install in the reverse order
14	Perform a wheel alignment check		AR40.20-P-0200T
