| 1.1 | Connect STAR DIAGNOSIS and buffer the default data from the instrument cluster (A1) in STAR DIAGNOSIS | ||
| Connect STAR DIAGNOSIS and read out fault memory | AD00.00-P-2000-04A | ||

| 1 | Move steering wheel as far back and low down as possible | ||
| 2 | Using fingers, reach into the gap (arrow) between the cover (1) and instrument cluster (A1) and pull the covering (1) gently back until it disengages at the upper detent hook (2) | ||
| 3 | Unclip covering (1) from lower catch hooks (3) by hand and pull out of instrument panel towards the rear | ||
| 4 | Remove bolts (4) | ||
| 5 | Pull instrument cluster (A1) out of instrument panel until electrical connector (5) is accessible | ||
| 6 | Unplug electrical connector (5) and remove instrument cluster (A1) | ||
| 7 | Install in the reverse order |
