Instrument cluster (IC), task - GF54.30-P-3039-02T

The task of the instrument cluster (A1) is to visualize the dynamic and static behavior of the vehicle.

The information for the driver consists of 4 displays:

• Electronic speedometer (A1p8)
• Tachometer (A1p5)
• Electronic clock (A1p6)
• Multifunction display (A1p13) with driver-relevant information in upper display field, main and trip odometer reading as well as gear indicator (A1p12) and transmission mode display (A1p16).

The instrument cluster (A1) provides the driver additional information from the following display components:

• Engine coolant temperature gage (A1p1)
• Fuel level and reserve gage (A1p2)

The various functions of the multifunction steering wheel are also displayed via the instrument cluster (A1).

There are a total of 16 versions of the instrument cluster (A1), each dependent on the vehicle equipment, the equipment lines Classic, Elegance, Avantgarde and the chosen engine type.
