Remove main floor front section - AR63.40-P-1180-13T

REPAIR MATERIALS

  1. Mark separation points and cut with body saw (areas A, B and C).

    IMPORTANT Dimension X approx. 28 mm, dimension Y approx. 30 mm

  2. Expose spot welds and cut out with spot weld cutter (areas D, G and H).
  3. Remove sections from connection carrier.
  4. Expose spot welds and cut out with spot weld cutter (areas E and F).
  5. Heat up main floor with hot air gun (area I).

    IMPORTANT Area I is glued.

  6. Remove main floor front section.

  7. Expose spot welds and cut out with spot weld cutter (area J).
  8. Remove remaining piece from reinforcement.

  9. Grind connection surfaces down to bare metal in shaded areas. Sand spot weld flanges to bare metal on both sides
  10. Remove grinding and drilling chips using wet/dry vacuum cleaner.
  11. Coat insides of spot welding flanges and rivet connections with zinc dust paint.
