  1. Expose spot welds and cut out with spot weld cutter (areas A to D).

  2. Grind out welds (areas E to J).
  3. Remove center roof paneling.

  4. Grind connection surfaces down to bare metal in shaded areas. Sand spot welding flanges to bare metal on both sides
  5. Remove grinding and drilling chips with wet/dry vacuum cleaner.
  6. Coat insides of spot welding flanges with zinc dust paint.
