	Remove
1	Remove rear door control unit		AR72.29-P-1100T
2	Separate electrical connector (3)
3	Separate butyl cord (5) from inner door panel (4) and left rear door speaker (H4/5) or right rear door speaker (H4/6) with suitable tool.	Avoid damaging paintwork on inner door panel, otherwise there is a risk of rusting. Door foil (1) may also be partially released in order to gain access to the components underneath.
4	Remove Bowden cable (2) and electric lines through door foil (1) and remove door foil.
	Install
5	Check door foil (1) and replace if damaged	When replacing the door foil (1), remove residue of butyl cord on inner door panel (4) and clean the adhesive surfaces on the inner door panel (4) and on the left rear door speaker (H4/5) or right rear door speaker (H4/6). Cleaner	*BR00.45-Z-1025-04A
6	Check butyl cord (5) and replace if damaged	If the butyl cord is partially damaged (5) replace only the damaged section of the butyl cord (5). Route new butyl cord (5) parallel to damaged butyl cord (5) on door foil (1)Remove residue of butyl cord on inner door panel (4) and clean adhesive surfaces on inner door panel (4) and on left rear door speaker (H4/5) or right rear door speaker (H4/6). 		Cleaner	*BR00.45-Z-1025-04A
7	Route control cable (2) and electrical lines through corresponding cutouts in door foil (1)	When replacing door foil (1) separate at perforations.
8	Attach door foil (1) to inner door panel (4) and left rear door speaker (H4/5) or right rear door speaker (H4/6) and roll on	Ensure that the door foil (1) is exactly matched up on the inner door panel (4). The holes in the inner door panel (4) for the mounting clips on the door lining must not be concealed.	Figure
9	Connect electrical connector (3)
10	Install rear door control unit		AR72.29-P-1100T
