Retrofit telephone console - AZ82.70-P-0001-01T

  1. Align mounting plate (10) on telephone console (12) as illustrated and drill hole pattern (diam. = 2 mm).
  2. Screw mounting plate (10) to telephone console (12) using provided sheet metal screws (11).

    IMPORTANT Top screw is shorter.

  3. Attach CTEL holder (1) and lead wires out at bottom (arrow) of telephone console (12).
