Remove/install lamp unit - AR82.10-P-4730T

MODEL 211.0 /2 /6 When removing the left and right front lamp unit

	Remove/install
1	Buffer basic data of left xenon light control unit and the right xenon light control unit in Star Diagnosis	As of 1.6.06 with code (614) Bi-xenon headlamp unit or code (615) Bi-xenon headlamp unit or code (616) Bi-xenon headlamp unit with integrated asymmetric curve illumination or code (618) Bi-xenon headlamp or code (621) Intelligent Light System (left-hand traffic) or code (622) Intelligent Light System (right-hand traffic) When replacing the left front lamp unit (E1) or the right front lamp unit (E2). Installation:  Transmit buffered basic data to new left xenon light control unit and right xenon light control unit.
	Connect STAR DIAGNOSIS and read out fault memory		AD00.00-P-2000-04A
2	Switch off ignition and remove transmitter key or KEYLESS-GO start/stop button from electronic ignition lock control unit	KEYLESS-GO start/stop button only on vehicles with code (889) Keyless-Go.
3	Remove front bumper		AR88.20-P-2000T
4	Unscrew bolt (1)	For vehicles with code (600a) Headlamp cleaning system
5	Remove bolts (2)
6	Take out left front lamp unit (E1) towards the front until the electrical connectors at the left front lamp unit (E1) are accessible.
7	Disconnect electrical connectors on left front lamp unit (E1) and remove left front lamp unit (E1).
8	Take out right front lamp unit (E2) towards the front until the electrical connectors at the right front lamp unit (E2) are accessible.
9	Disconnect electrical connectors on right front lamp unit (E2) and remove right front lamp unit (E2).
10	Install in the reverse order
11	Check adjustment of the left front lamp unit (E1) and the right front lamp unit (E2) and correct, if necessary.
	Check and correct headlamp adjustment		AP82.10-P-8260T
