Remove/install additional washer fluid reservoir of windshield washer system - AR82.35-P-6001T

	Remove/install
1	Open engine hood and raise to vertical position		AR88.40-P-1000T
2.1	Remove dust filter housing
	Replace dust filter	Vehicles with code 581 Comfort automatic air conditioning up to VIN end no. A635991 X170336	AP83.00-P-8381T
2.2	Remove combination filter housing
	Replace combination filter	Vehicles with code 580 Automatic air conditioning or vehicles with code 581 Comfort automatic air conditioning as of VIN end no. A635992 X170337	AP83.00-P-8384T
3	Remove spreading rivet (2)
4	Unclip cover (3) from wheelhouse liner using screwdriver
5	Pull filler neck (4) from washer fluid reservoir	Installation:  Replace seal of filler neck (4) on washer fluid reservoir.
6	Pull vent hose (5) off of filler neck (4) and remove filler neck (4)
7	Detach water trough drain hose (6) and put to one side
8	Detach coolant hoses (7) from additional washer fluid reservoir (1)
9	Unscrew nut (8)	Installation:  Replace self-locking nut (8).
10	Remove auxiliary washer fluid reservoir (1) from engine compartment, as far as it takes for the connector hose (9) connection to be accessible
11	Disconnect connector hose (9) on auxiliary washer fluid reservoir (1) and remove auxiliary washer fluid reservoir (1)	Collect washer fluid which flows out. Installation:  Check correct seat of fixtures (10) on battery bracket (11).
12	Install in the reverse order
13	Fill washer fluid reservoir
	Windshield washer system - inspect fluid level, adjust to correct level		AP82.35-P-8210N
