Remove/install air shutoff valve - AR14.30-P-7200TS

ENGINES 272, 273 (except 272.985) in MODEL 211, 219

	Remove/install
1	Switch ignition off, remove ignition key (transmitter key)	On vehicles with code 889 Keyless-Go: Press Keyless-Go start/stop button repeatedly until the ignition is switched off. Remove Keyless Go transmitter card or transmitter key from the vehicle and store beyond transmitter range (min. 2 m).
2.1	Pull front engine cover upward and out of the mountings.	When removing air shutoff valve (1) at right cylinder head
2.2	Remove air filter housing (2).	When removing air shutoff valve (1) at left cylinder head	AR09.10-P-1150TS
3	Detach pneumatic line (3) and air hose (4) from air shutoff valve (1)	Do not use pointed or sharp-edged tools to remove the pneumatic line (3) and air hose (4); otherwise they can get damaged. Installation:  check pneumatic line (3) and air hose (4) for damage, replace if required.
4	Remove bolts (1a)	Engine 272	*BA14.30-P-1002-02A
		Engine 272, 273	*BA14.30-P-1003-02A
5	Remove air shutoff valve (1)
6	Install in the reverse order
