Prepare C-pillar for installation - AR63.20-P-0500-02TA

  1. Punch 7 mm dia. hole (area A).
  2. Grind connection surfaces down to bare metal in shaded areas. Sand spot weld flanges to bare metal on both sides
  3. Remove grinding and drilling chips using wet/dry vacuum cleaner.
  4. Coat insides of connection surfaces with zinc dust paint
  5. Coat spot welding flange with zinc dust paint (area B).
  6. Cut out spot welds with spot weld cutter (areas C and D).

  7. Grind connection surfaces down to bare metal in shaded areas. Sand spot weld flanges to bare metal on both sides
  8. Remove grinding and drilling chips using wet/dry vacuum cleaner.
  9. Coat spot welding flanges with zinc dust paint.
