Prepare glue cartridge - AR67.10-P-1000-07TS

Cut off pilot stud (2) on application nozzle (1).
Cut application nozzle (1) down to marking (arrow).
The dimension from the front edge of the application nozzle (1) up to the marking (arrow) should be approx. 16 cm, so that the application height of the glue is at least 16 mm.
Screw application nozzle (1) onto cartridge and place cartridge in cartridge gun. Cartridge gun, see GOTIS http://gotis.aftersales.mercedes-benz.com
Use intermediate element to completely press out cartridge.
