Remove/install spare tire well paneling - AR68.30-P-4620T

MODEL 211.2 up to 31.5.06 except CODE (943) Automatically extendable main loading floor

	Remove/install
1	Remove trim from rear end center assembly		AR68.30-P-4785TA
2	Remove TIREFIT holder (2) or spare wheel from spare wheel recess.	Depending on vehicle configuration.
3	Unscrew bolts (3) from tool box (4)
4	Unclip tool kit (4) upward from spare wheel recess with assembly wedge (5) and remove.		*110589035900
5	Remove battery cover (5) and remove both clips (7).
6	Remove expansion clips (8)		*WH58.30-Z-1004-19A
	Risk of injury  caused by body parts being pinched or crushed when working on gas-operated struts under tension	Only remove and install gas-operated struts when they are not under tension and when the components are properly secured.	AS00.00-Z-0012-01A
7	Lift retainer (9) with suitable screwdriver and remove gas pressure strut (10) from spare wheel recess.	Do not remove retainer (9), otherwise tension on retainer (9) can be lost
		Installation:  Install gas-operated strut (10) with retainer (9) installed.
8	Remove spare tire well paneling (1) from spare tire well
9	Install in the reverse order
