MODIFICATION NOTES

14.1.04

"Disconnect/connect battery ground line" removed

	Remove/install
1.1	Remove left or right load compartment inner paneling	Model 211.2	AR68.30-P-1180T
1.2	Remove existing paneling on left or right side of load compartment until the left taillamp (E3) or right taillamp (E4) is accessible	Model 211.6 Whether paneling exists or what paneling versions are used depends on the vehicle equipment.
2.1	Remove bass module speaker	When removing the right taillamp (E4) on model 211.2 with code (810) Sound system	AR82.62-P-7839T
3.1	Remove multicontour seat pneumatic pump (M40) or pneumatic pump for dynamic seat control (M40/1) from the bracket and place aside with the lines connected	When removing the left taillamp (E3) on vehicles with code (404) Left multicontour seat or with code (433) Left dynamic seat, incl. multicontour seat
4	Unscrew nuts (1).
5	Remove left taillamp (E3) or right taillamp (E4) from sidewall until the electrical connector (2) is accessible
6	Detach electrical connector (2) and remove left taillamp (E3) or right taillamp (E4)
7	Install in the reverse order
