	Removing/installing
1	Remove engine cover		AR01.10-P-2405TI
2	Remove engine charge air hose downstream of charge air cooler	Installation:  Check sealing rings and detent springs for damage to prevent leakage on the engine, clean connecting points thoroughly but do not grease and ensure exact seating of the detent springs. See ↓
		Opening and closing the coupling	AR09.41-P-1311-01AL
3	Disconnect the electrical connector at the charge air temperature sensor (B17/8)
4	Remove right air filter housing		AR09.10-P-1150TI
5	Remove bolts (1) for bracket on cylinder head	Bracket, throttle valve actuator to cylinder head	*BA09.41-P-1006-01J
6	Remove bolts (2) on engine charge air duct downstream of charge air cooler (4)	Engine charge air channel downstream of charge air cooler to throttle valve actuator	*BA09.41-P-1005-01J
7	Remove bolts (3) on engine charge air duct downstream of charge air cooler (4)	Engine charge air channel downstream of charge air cooler to throttle valve actuator	*BA09.41-P-1005-01J
8	Remove engine charge air duct downstream of charge air cooler (4)	Installation:  Install new gasket
9	Install in reverse order
