	Removing/installing
	Risk of death caused by vehicle slipping or toppling off the lifting platform.	Align vehicle between the columns of the lifting platform and position the four support plates at the lifting platform support points specified by the vehicle manufacturer.	AS00.00-Z-0010-01A
1	Remove bottom sections of sound-proofing capsule		AR94.30-P-5300T
2	Remove front bumper		AR88.20-P-2000T
3	Remove charge air hoses (110/5) from charge air cooler (110/2) by unlatching safety clips	Installation: Check sealing rings and detent springs for damage to prevent leakage on the engine, clean connecting points thoroughly but do not grease and ensure exact seating of the detent springs. See ↓
3		Opening and closing the coupling	AR09.41-P-1311-01AL
4	Unclip charge air cooler (110/2) from the lower mounts (1)
5	Take out charge air cooler (110/2) with air scoop (110/9) downwards from the upper mounts (2)
6	Install in reverse order
