| 6 | Remove side paneling in left front footwell | ||
| 7 | Detach front cover (76) of pedal assembly (71) | ||
| 8 | Unlock and disconnect electrical connector on parking brake indicator switch (S12) | ||
| 9 | Remove bolt (72) and take off pedal assembly (71). | *BA42.20-P-1001-01G | |
| 10 | Remove cover (77) of pedal assembly (71). | ||
| 11 | Unhook brake cable (85) from tensioning shackle (85a). | ||
| 12 | Unclip brake cable (85) from pedal assembly (71) | Fig 2 | |
| 13 | Detach unlocking cable (79) from tensioning shackle (79a) | ||
| 14 | Unclip unlocking cable (79) from pedal assembly (71) with tool for unlocking cable | ||

| 15 | Install in the reverse order | ||
