	Remove
1	Disconnect battery ground line		AR54.10-P-0003TX
2	Remove center stowage compartment (2).	The stowage compartment (2) is a discontinued part and is replaced by the CD changer (A2/6).
3.1	Remove radio	For vehicles with  Audio 20 CD radio or with  code (525) MB Audio 50 APS radio	AR82.60-P-7502TX
3.2	Remove COMAND operating, display and controller unit	For vehicles with  code (526) COMAND (without navigation) or with  code (527) COMAND APS (with navigation)	AR82.85-P-1000TX
4	Remove cover below left of instrument panel		AR68.10-P-1500TX
5	Remove left front floor covering
6	Unclip cover from interior fuse box at driver- side
	Install
7	Retrofit CD changer wiring harness		AN82.64-P-0001-01TX
8	Retrofit wiring harness of fiber optic cable for the Media Oriented System Transport (MOST)	For vehicles without  one of the codes listed below: Code (386) Preinstallation for cell phone, UPCI [UHI] system, Code (388) Cell phone, UPCI [UHI] system, Code (525) MB Audio 50 APS radio, Code (526) COMAND (without navigation system), Code (527) COMAND APS (with navigation system), Code (860) TV tuner, Code (863) Digital/analog TV tuner	AN82.61-P-0001-06TX

15	Disconnect Star Diagnosis
16	Conduct function test of CD changer (A2/6)
17	Document retrofitted equipment using vehicle documentation (VeDoc)	Attach "CD changer retrofitted, as per AN82.64-P-0001TX " note under the field organization texts to design group 82
