Remove/install headlight beam adjustment control unit - AR82.10-P-4081TX

MODEL 219.3 with CODE (615) Bi-xenon headlamp unit with integrated cornering lamps with CODE (616) Bi-xenon headlamp unit with integrated asymmetrical cornering lamps

	Remove/Install
1	Remove front and rear door sill moldings	On right side of vehicle.	AR68.30-P-4100TX
2	Remove right front seat		AR91.10-P-1000TX
3	Remove tie strap (1)	replace tie straps (1).
4	Unclip vent grille (2) and remove
5	Pull out rear floor covering (3) under the B-pillar paneling (4)
6	Fold up rear floor covering (3) far enough to the center console until the headlamp range adjustment control unit (N71) is accessible. At the same time route the electrical wiring harness (5) through the opening in the rear floor covering (3)	Note the electrical wiring harness (5). This can rip the rear floor covering (3) and thus damage it.
7	Unscrew nuts (6)
8	Detach electrical connector (7) and remove headlamp range adjustment control unit (N71) from vehicle

9	Install in the reverse order
10.1	Check headlamp adjustment	Only when installing a new headlamp range adjustment control unit (N71).
	Check and correct headlamp adjustment		AP82.10-P-8260TX
