Location 

The electrohydraulic power steering is located under the right headlamp behind the bumper.

Task 

The task of the electrohydraulic power steering is subdivided into the following subtasks:

Regulation of the power steering pump 

The power steering pump is regulated by the electrohydraulic power steering depending on requirements (vehicle at standstill, vehicle speed) to match a specified characteristic.

Input and output signals
