Observe following procedure when processing zinc dust:
- Carefully clean affected body parts. All bare sheet metal parts must be completely clean and free of rust, oil and wax.
- Uniformly apply zinc dust paint with brush or paint spray gun.
- Maintain drying time (paintable).
Zinc dust paint serves for preventing corrosion on welds, sheet metal contact points and surfaces, which cannot be painted or are difficult to paint following assembly.
Do not use for painting outer surface.
