Remove/install poly V-belt - AR13.22-P-1202V

	Remove
	Risk of injury  caused by fingers being pinched or crushed  when removing, installing or aligning hoods, doors, trunk lids, tailgates or sliding roof.	Keep body parts and limbs well clear of moving parts.	AS00.00-Z-0011-01A
1	Open engine hood		AR88.40-P-1000V
2	Remove engine intake air duct (1)
3	Remove wideband silencer		AR09.41-P-6825V
4	Loosen poly-V-belt (2) and remove	For this purpose, use the Torx cutout (3) and swivel the tensioning pulley (4) in a clockwise direction (arrow). Take off poly V-belt (2) and loosen tensioning pulley (4).
	Check
5	Inspect belt pulley tread pattern, belt pulley sections and tensioning device for damage and dirt, replace if necessary.
6	Check poly-V belt (2) and replace if required
	Check poly-V-belt in visible area for wear		AP13.22-P-1352V
	Install
7	Fit on poly-V-belt (2), then clamp	For this purpose, use the Torx cutout (3) and swivel the tensioning pulley (4) in a clockwise direction (arrow). Fit on poly-V-belt (2) and loosen the tensioning pulley (4). Fit on poly V-belt (2) as specified in the running diagram:

8	Install wide band silencer		AR09.41-P-6825V
9	Install engine intake air duct (1)
