Function requirements

- Speed less than 5 km/h
Function
If the vehicle speed undershoots 5 km/h, then the front SAM control unit switches the wiper motors down one level. During rain sensor mode, the speed remains dependent on the degree of wetting at the rain/light sensor.
Function abort
The speed reduction is canceled by turning the combination switch to another position or by operating the touch wiping or washing functions.
If the value of 8 km/h is exceeded again as the vehicle speed increases, then the front SAM control unit automatically switches the wiper motors back to the wiper level set at the combination switch.
