Location

The left switch group and right switch group are located in the respective door panels.

Design of left switch group

The following switches are located in the left switch group:

Left front head restraint adjustment switch (S22s1)
Left front seat inclination adjustment switch (S22s2)
Left front seat fore/aft adjustment switch (S22s3)
Left front seat height adjustment switch (S22s4)
Left front seat backrest adjustment switch (S22s5)
Left front memory function switch (S22s6)
Left front memory 1 switch (S22s7)
Left front memory 2 switch (S22s8)
Left front memory 3 switch (S22s9)

Design of right switch group

The following switches are integrated in the right switch group:

Right front head restraint adjustment switch (S23s1)
Right front seat inclination adjustment switch (S23s2)
Right front seat fore/aft adjustment switch (S23s3)
Right front seat height adjustment switch (S23s4)
Right front backrest adjustment switch (S23s5)
Right front memory function switch (S23s6)
Right front memory 1 switch (S23s7)
Right front memory 2 switch (S23s8)
Right front memory 3 switch (S23s9)

Function

Pressing the switch group serves to transmit the adjust requests

via

left door LIN to the left front door control unit (N69/1)
right door LIN to the right front door control unit (N69/2)

and forwards them to the interior CAN.
