Prepare front glass cover for installation - AR77.21-P-7010-03CW

Do not touch bonding surfaces on inside of front glass cover (1) with bare fingers and ensure that bonding surfaces are free of dust, oil, grease, wax, dirt residues and other adhesive constituents, otherwise the adhesive strength of the bond is not ensured.
- Check front glass cover (1) for damage.
- Install cup suction tool on outer side of front glass cover (1) and lay front glass cover (1) down to suitable subsurface with inside pointing upward Cup suction tool gotis://K_67.0_03.0
- Apply cleaner with part of cleaning cloth to bonding surfaces on inside of front glass cover (1) and wipe with remaining cleaning cloth.
Allow cleaner to dry completely.
Use cleaning cloth from repair kit.
- Uniformly apply primer uniformly to bonding surfaces on inside of front glass cover (1).
Observe processing notes for primer to prevent paint adhesion problems when installing window and do not apply primer to uncoated glass field (2) since the primer coat is visible after installation.
