	Remove/install
	Risk of death  caused by vehicle slipping or toppling off of the lifting platform.	Align vehicle between columns of vehicle lift and position four support plates at vehicle lift support points specified by vehicle manufacturer.	AS00.00-Z-0010-01A
	Notes on self-locking nuts and bolts		AH00.00-N-0001-01A
1	Remove air filter housing	Model 204, 207	AR09.10-P-1150CV
		Model 212	AR09.10-P-1150EWS
2	Remove lower engine compartment paneling	Model 204 Model 207, 212	AR61.20-P-1105EW
	Only perform steps 3 to 6 for removal of the right exhaust manifold (1)
3	Detach ground line from battery	Model 204	AR54.10-P-0003CW
		Model 207, 212	AR54.10-P-0003EW
	Notes on battery		AH54.10-P-0001-01A
4	Disconnect flange connection for catalytic converter on exhaust manifold (1)	Model 204, 207	AR49.10-P-7100CW
		Model 212	AR49.10-P-7100EW
5	Loosen nuts from front bracket on exhaust system	Model 204, 207	AR49.10-P-7100CW
		Model 212	AR49.10-P-7100EW
6	Unscrew nuts (8) and remove exhaust manifold (1) and seal (10) upwards	Installation:  Replace nuts (8) and seal (10).	*BA14.10-P-1001-01E
	Only perform steps 7 to 9 for removal of the left exhaust manifold (2)
7	Unscrew accessible nuts (9) from above		*BA14.10-P-1001-01E
8	Remove catalytic converter	Model 204, 207	AR49.10-P-7100CW
		Model 212	AR49.10-P-7100EW
9	Unscrew accessible nuts (9) from below and remove exhaust manifold (2) and seal (11) downward	Installation:  Replace nuts (9) and seal (11).	*BA14.10-P-1001-01E
10	Install in the reverse order
