Remove, install tumble flap and resonance flap switchover valve to intake manifold - AR09.20-P-1990CV

ENGINE 272 (except 272.982) in MODEL 204 

ENGINE 272, 273 (except 272.984) in MODEL 207

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
1 Remove resonance intake manifold   AR09.20-P-1961CV 
2 Detach pneumatic line (1 or 2) from switchover valve (Y22/6 or Y22/9) INSPECTInstallation:  Check pneumatic line (1 or 2) for damage and replace if necessary.  
3 Remove lock washer (3 or 4) IMPORTANTInstallation:  Replace lock washer (3 or 4).  
4 Disconnect electrical connector (X205) and remove switchover valve (Y22/6 or Y22/9) from resonance intake manifold    
5 Install in the reverse order
