BR00.45-Z-1001-07A Zinc dust paint suitable for spot welding A 000 986 34 42
  1. Grind connection surfaces on rear cross member (3), spare wheel recess (4) and end plate (1) down to bare metal in shaded areas with COMMERCIALLY AVAILABLE TOOLS round wire brush.

    IMPORTANT Sand spot weld flanges down to bare metal on both sides.

  2. Coat insides of connection surfaces with zinc dust paint

  3. Grind connection surfaces on longitudinal member connection element (2) down to bare metal in shaded areas blank.

    IMPORTANT Sand spot weld flanges down to bare metal on both sides.

  4. Coat insides of connection surfaces with zinc dust paint
