	Removal/installation
1	Remove heat exchanger		AR83.25-P-1100V
2	Unscrew bolts (2)
3	Open retainer tab (3)
4	Remove housing cover (4) from lower part of A/C housing (5)	Installation:  Ensure that the housing cover (4) is seated correctly in the peripheral groove in the lower part of the A/C housing (5).
5	Remove evaporator (1) out of lower part of A/C housing (5)
6.1	Undo screws (6) and remove expansion valve (7)	When replacing the evaporator (1). Installation:  Screw in screws (6) into the tapping plate (8) alternately, otherwise the expansion valve (7) will tilt on the connecting pipes. Installation:  Replace sealing rings (10). Moisten thread of screws (6) and sealing rings (10) with compressor oil.

7.1	Remove tapping plate (8) and gasket (9)	When replacing the evaporator (1).
8	Install in the reverse order
