| 2 | Bend open clips (arrows) and fold down insulation mat (2). | ||
| 3 | Unclip hydraulic wiring harness (10) from Vario roof crossmember (1). | ||
| 4 | Open sheath on hydraulic wiring harness (10) over a length of approx. 20 cm | ||
| 5 | Separate electrical connector (3) | ||
| 6 | Unclip relay strip (4) from bracket (5) | ||
| 7 | Open emergency opening valve (6) 2 turns and close again | *BA77.37-P-1001-01A | |
| 8 | Unscrew bolts (9) and remove soft top mechanism hydraulic unit (A7/5) from Vario roof crossmember (1) until connection plates (8) are accessible | ||
| 9 | Unscrew bolts (7) and remove connection plates (8) from soft top mechanism hydraulic unit (A7/5) | ||
| 10 | Separate hydraulic lines from soft top mechanism hydraulic unit (A7/5) | ||
