	Disassemble/assemble
1	Remove rear bumper		AR88.20-P-2200VA
2	Remove left impact damper (2) and right impact damper (3) from rear bumper covering (1)
3	Remove expanding clips (4) and remove left and right retaining strip (5)
4	Remove expanding clips (6)
5	Unclip frame (7) from rear bumper covering (1) using mounting wedge and remove		Figure
6	Take off seals (8)	Assemble:  Replace damaged seals (8)
7	Unclip threaded bolts (9) from frame (7)
8	Remove PTS wiring harness (14) from center impact damper (10) and remove center impact damper (10)
9	Remove center impact damper (10) from rear bumper covering (1)
10	Unclip sensors (A43b7, A43b8, A43b9, A43b10) from rear bumper covering (1) and remove together with PTS wiring harness (14).	Note correct installation position.
		Assemble:  Check seal (13), replace if damaged.	Figure
11	Remove towing device cover (11) from rear bumper covering (1)
12.1	Heat up left and right mud flap (12) with heat gun and detach from rear bumper covering (1) with mounting wedge	Not when replacing rear bumper covering (1). Assemble:  Clean mounting point of left and right mud flap (12) on rear bumper covering (1) and degrease Replace left and right mud flap (12).

13	Assemble in reverse order
