IMPORTANT Pink 2 line (rs) with a line cross section of 0.75 mm2 was connected to left front door speaker group connector sleeve (+ signal) (Z28/5). The new speaker wiring harness (15) has a black, 14-pin connector.

  12. Connect brown/white line (br/ws) with the line cross section of 0.75 mm2 with a voltage distributor (11) to the brown/black line (br/sw) of the new speaker wiring harness (15).

IMPORTANT Brown/white line (br/ws) with the line cross section of 0.75 mm2 was connected to right front door speaker group connector sleeve (- signal) (Z28/8).

IMPORTANT Branch-off line (20) consists of a yellow (ge), brown/yellow (br/ge), orange (or), and a brown (br) line; each of which is twisted in pairs. The have a line cross section of 0.75 mm2 .

Branch-off line (20) will be routed rearward later in the right cable duct to the rear wall.

  13. Compare line colors of remaining 8 lines of on-board wiring harness (7) to remaining 8 lines of black, 14-pin connector of new speaker wiring harness (15) (lines are twisted in pairs).

IMPORTANT If the colors are not identical  to the colors of the black, 14-pin connector, the connection has to be established via solder connector (12) as per variant 1  .
