Remove/install belt buckle (front seat) - AR91.40-P-1515V

	Remove/install
	Risk of injury.  Injuries may result when performing testing or repair work on airbag or emergency tensioning retractor units.	Store airbag unit with deployment face up, do not subject to temperatures above 100°C. When working on these units, disconnect the power supply.
1	Remove left or right front seat		AR91.10-P-1000V
2	Place front seat to the rear on the front seat backrest	When putting down use a suitable protective surface, as otherwise the paint on the backrest frame may be damaged.
3	Remove plug assembly (2) using suitable screwdriver on bracket (3)
4	Unlock and detach electrical connector (4) using suitable screwdriver on plug assembly (2)
5	Expose wiring harness (6)	Note correct installation positions.
6	Remove tie straps (5) and detach electrical connector (8) on the driver buckle ETR squib (R46) or the front passenger buckle ETR squib (R46/1)	Installation:  Replace tie straps (5).
7	Undo bolt (7) on seat belt buckle (1) and remove seat belt buckle (1)	If the seat belt buckle (1) is replaced, then the faulty seat belt buckle (1) must be disposed of properly: ↓	*BA91.40-P-1003-01A

8	Install in the reverse order
9	Read out DTC memory
	Connect STAR DIAGNOSIS, interrogate fault memory		AD00.00-P-2000-04A
		Diagnosis system STAR DIAGNOSIS	*WH58.30-Z-1048-13A
