Remove/install Vario roof rear shelf main flap - AR77.30-P-6347V

	Remove
1	Switch on ignition, open Vario roof with Vario roof actuation switch. Then switch off ignition	The Vario roof should stop moving before the trunk lid starts to close and the rear shelf main flap (1) is positioned vertically.
2	Mark installation position of rear shelf main flap (1) on hinges (2)
3	Mark installation position of spacers (3)
4	Glue on spacers (3) with sealant and secure against falling down
5	Remove bolts (4)
6	Remove rear shelf main flap (1)	Observe spacers (3)
	Install
7	Position rear shelf main flap (1) on installation location	Pay attention to installation markings. They serve for adjusting the rear shelf main flap (1).
8	Position spacers (3) between rear shelf main flap (1) and hinges (2)	Observe installation position of spacers (3)Secure spacers (3) against falling down. Position spacers (3) on hinges (2) so that they can later be removed when adjusting
9	Screw in bolts (4)	Tighten bolts (4) only until rear shelf main flap (1) is fastened. Tighten bolts (4) after checking and after adjusting rear shelf main flap (1).
10	Completely open Vario roof with Vario roof actuation switch	See Operating Instructions
11	Check whether rear shelf main flap (1) is adjusted correctly; correct is necessary		AR77.30-P-6341V
