| 4 | Push rubber grommet (1) out of collector (3) | Installation: Wet rubber grommet (1) before assembly with lubricant. | |

| 5 | Unscrew collector (3) from intake manifold (2) | Installation:
Repair damaged seal bead using sealant. Loctite sealant 5970 |

| 6 | Modify temperature sensors on collector (3) | If the collector (3) is replaced. | |
| 7 | Unclip clamping ring (4) and electrical line (5) at throttle valve actuator (M16/6) | ||
| 8 | Disconnect electrical connector (6) | ||
| 9 | Remove bolts (7) at throttle valve actuator (M16/6) and remove throttle valve actuator (M16/6) | ||

| 10 | Install in the reverse order | ||
