Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90deg;C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers. Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses. |

| 5 | Remove coolant hoses (5, 6) on the circulation pump for the charge air cooler (M44) | ||

| 7 | Detach pneumatic hose (1) at charge air cooler circulation pump (M44) | ||
| 8 | Pull off the electrical plug connector (2) on the circulation pump for the charge air cooler (M44) | ||
| 9 | Remove the circulation pump for the charge air cooler (M44) | *BA09.41-P-1004-01G | |
| 10 | Install in the reverse order | ||
| 11 | Venting air from the low temperature circuit | AR20.00-P-1145H | |
